Refund Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, we will gladly send replacements if your items are damaged or there is a significant delay. Minor damage is not eligible for replacement. If you are unsatisfied with the flavor or our products, we cannot offer a refund, as taste preferences vary from person to person. Please note that issues related to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements. For any replacements, we require the return of the original parcel.
